Printful

Create print-on-demand orders in your own Printful store and follow them to delivery.

Connecting

Create a private token under Developers, then Tokens, in your Printful dashboard, pick a token scoped to your store (store-scoped tokens work directly; account-level tokens need an extra header this connector does not carry).

Create an order

  • external_id: Your own order number, find this order later with @ followed by this id.
  • recipient_name: Who receives the package. Required.
  • recipient_address1: Street address. Required.
  • recipient_city: Required.
  • recipient_state_code: Needed for US and Canada addresses, like CA.
  • recipient_country_code: Two-letter country code, like US. Required.
  • recipient_zip: ZIP or postal code. Required.
  • recipient_email: Required.
  • variant_id: The Printful catalog variant to print, the exact product, size, and color. Required.
  • quantity: How many of this item. Required.
  • file_url: Public URL of the print file image. Required.
  • shipping: Shipping method. Printful uses STANDARD when unset.

Answers with: order_id, status, total.

Submit an order for fulfillment

  • order_id: The Printful order number, or @ followed by your own order number. Required.

Answers with: order_id, status.

Check an order

  • order_id: The Printful order number, or @ followed by your own order number. Required.

Answers with: order_id, status, total, created.

Settings

  • Shipping method: How orders ship when nothing else is picked. Printful uses STANDARD when unset.
  • Quantity: How many of an item an order carries when nothing else is picked.

Where it speaks

This connection reaches https://api.printful.com and nowhere else. The hosts are fixed by declaration.
