Read cells
- spreadsheet_id: The long ID in the sheet link, between /d/ and /edit. Required.
- range: Which cells to read, like Sheet1!A1:C10, or a single cell like Sheet1!B2. Required.

Add a row
- spreadsheet_id: The long ID in the sheet link, between /d/ and /edit. Required.
- sheet_id: The tab the row lands in, the number after gid= in the tab link. The first tab is 0. Required.
- value_1: The first cell of the new row. Cells write as text. Required.
- value_2: The second cell of the new row.
- value_3: The third cell of the new row.
- value_4: The fourth cell of the new row.
