DocuSeal
Send documents for signature from your app through your own DocuSeal account.
Connecting
Sign in to DocuSeal, open the API page under your account settings, and copy your API key.
Send a document for signature
- template_id: The DocuSeal template holding the document to sign. Required.
- email: Where the signature request goes. Required.
- name: The signer name, if you have it.
- role: The template role this signer fills, like First Party. The template decides when left out.
Answers with: submission_id, status, slug.
Check a signature request
- submission_id: The signature request to check, from the send call. Required.
Answers with: status, completed_at, audit_log_url, document_url, email.
Settings
- Template: The DocuSeal template your app sends when a call does not name one.
What it stores
Signature requests (submission-id, template-id, email, status, completed-at)
Where it speaks
This connection reaches https://api.docuseal.com and nowhere else. The hosts are fixed by declaration.
