Summarize

Counts or totals the rows, optionally per group.

One calculation over the rows: count, sum, min, max, or average. With a group-by field, one output row per distinct value, each carrying the group and its result. Values that are not numbers are skipped; a sum of nothing is 0, and the other calculations answer empty honestly.

Properties

• Field: the number field to read. Count needs none.
• Group by: a field to group by. Empty means one row for everything.
