Read a feed

Turns a feed text into one row per entry.

Reads RSS or Atom text from a field and lands one row per entry: title, link, published, summary, id. Fetching the feed is not this step's job: an HTTP request step fetches, this step reads what it carried. A feed with no entries lands zero rows, honestly.
