Scramble

Hashes a field. One way, for ids and checks.

The field's value becomes its digest. One way by construction: a hash cannot be turned back into the value. Rows without the field pass through untouched.

Properties

• Field: the field to hash. Required.
• Algorithm: sha256 (default), sha1, or md5.
• Into: where the digest lands. Defaults to the field.
