Bars

One bar per row, drawn inside a Chart: comparisons, counts, breakdowns.

Bars bind their own table and value column and stand zero-based on the parent Chart's shared grid. Rows sharing a category sum. Bars draw under lines and dots, so a target line reads over a revenue chart.

Properties

• Binding: the wired rows feeding these bars. Required.
• Y: the value column the bars stand on. Required.
• X: these bars' own category column. Omit to ride the Chart's x, or row order.
• Label: the legend words. Omit for the column name.
• Color: a color override. Omit for the system series ramp.

What it announces

• Picked category: the category of the bar the reader clicked.
